Arriving and Departing the School Site

On arrival to the school, you must first present yourself to a member of our office team at the main reception office. Proof of identity should be carried with you, along with any other necessary documentation for your visit. You will be asked to sign into the electronic Inventry system in the main foyer where you will need to state your name, where you are from and the purpose of your visit. You must also sign out on leaving the building.

If you are unsure about anything or have any further questions, please contact the school office team before or on arrival to the school.

Conduct On-Site

Please follow these instructions when visiting our school:

  • Respect all members of the school community.

  • If you or the organisation you represent have not provided suitable safeguarding assurances, you may have to be accompanied by a member of our staff at all times.

  • Do not take photographs of pupils, unless instructed to do so by a member of staff.

  • If you are working with a child on your own, always ensure doors are open and you are visible to others.

Disabled Visitors and Carpark

If you require any additional assistance while on-site, please make a member of our office team aware before or on arrival to the school, so reasonable arrangements can be implemented to assist you.

We also have available two designated disabled bays which should only be used by badge holders. The school driveway and designated delivery/collection point must remain clear at all times.
